Today I’m going to show you how to set up your Archer-C20<\/a><\/strong> on Made4Graph\u2019s<\/a> TR-069<\/a>.I recommend doing this in a lab environment with a public IP address, since you\u2019ll need to validate the configuration. To do this, we\u2019ll change some settings on your CPE via TR-069<\/a>, and we don\u2019t want a customer to be left without internet access.Before starting the configuration, it is essential that there be no \u201cNAT\u201d of any kind on the network between the CPE and the TR-069<\/a> server; if there is, it will compromise the functionality of TR-069<\/a>, according to the protocol documentation.Now that I\u2019ve covered the prerequisites, let\u2019s configure the CPE.<\/p>\n\n

When you open CPE, go to the Advanced tab, then System Tools<\/strong>, and finally Settings<\/strong>.When you reach the screen shown below, make the following settings:<\/p>\n\n

CWMP Settings:<\/strong>\u2192 The CWMP button must be enabled\u2192 The information button should be active\u2192 Data interval = 300\u2192 ACS URL = http:\/\/ip_do_server_de_tr:7547\u2192 ACS username = admin\u2192 ACS password = admin\u2192 Interface used by TR-069 = Any WAN\u2192 CPE ID = SN\u2192 “View SOAP Message” button = disabled\u2192 The \u201cConnection Request Authentication\u201d checkbox must be checkedIn the fields below the connection request box, you will be asked for a username and password; you should enter:\u2192 User = admin\u2192 Password = admin\u2192 Path = \/tr069\u2192 Port = 7547<\/p>\n\n

The “Simple UDP Traversal over NATs” option can be enabled, but it does not need to be configured; the settings can be left at their defaults.After that, click Save.<\/p>\n\n

Shortly thereafter, the CPE should appear in Made4Graph<\/a>, where it will be approved by our team<\/p>\n\n
