Good afternoon ISP\/Providers,<\/p>\n

Today, February 21, 2018, Santander’s Internet Banking service is experiencing an interconnectivity issue with several Internet service providers in Brazil.<\/p>\n

But what is the cause of the problem?<\/p>\n

One of the participants in the PTT\/IX.BR S\u00e3o Paulo ATMv4 is advertising the Banco Santander network, causing most Brazilian ISPs to choose this fake route.<\/p>\n

And what boundary solution?<\/p>\n

Do not accept announcements from ASN 265436, SkyNet Telecom, by rejecting routes that use the extended community 26162:265436, and do not advertise to them using the extended community 65000:265436 either.<\/p>\n

For a final resolution, we have to wait for the Participant to take down the ad on PTT SPO.<\/p>\n
